Home - Redefined

According to internet, Home means the place where one lives permanently but I beg to differ.
Each of us have a different definition of home and for me it has always been a feeling . A feeling that is permanent and unparalleled . It is so full of love and warmth that each of us  after dealing with all the agony,anxiety,anguish and the drama of life, it gives us a peaceful moment to cherish life and the world around us. Home has always had a special meaning for me and I didn't expect it to find it in a person until I met someone who makes me fall in love with the moments we spend together and makes me see the stars in the dark cloudy sky. Home is so  often confused by the people as the place where they live but it's much more than just a place. It could be the moments which make you fall in love with your life or it could be a person who makes you feel safe and happy. I believe what makes a place home, is the person with whom you can spend the moments together and just forget about everything else. The feeling of being free from any regret or remorse and just makes you live the moments to the fullest. It sounds all philosophical but trust me you need to ask yourself what gives home a meaning and that is how you will be able to discover your own definition of home. I am lucky to decipher my definition of home and realize that it's really that someone who gives home a special meaning. Ultimately everyone just wants to go back to their home at the end of the day.

This vast period of lockdown has been overwhelming for every one of us. We don't know what's going to happen in future and we don't have an end goal to look up to.... Monday blues have turned into everyday blues and worst part is we cannot even do something about it . Demons within ourselves!

Life is unfair and we all have experienced it every now and then, that just when you think it could not get any better, it gives you a punch knocks you down and doesn't even give you a chance to get back up on your feet, and we have come to terms with it. We just feel this is what life is and it is bound to knock you down but I feel maybe we should not give it a chance to knock us down, maybe life should just leave us alone after all we asked for happiness and not misery and if life cannot give us happiness then it might as well not give us misery. Life ruins you and some people think that's what makes you strong enough to stand up again and face it, I seem to disagree with them. Mistakes - Right or Wrong?

2019 feels so grown-up already ? Right?  I still remember the time when in school we started writing with pen and we were told that now we've grown-up and now our mistakes will always leave a mark in our life. Learning and making mistakes is good right? Is it? I still stumble upon this thought of how our mistakes define us as a person. For a major part of my childhood I did look forward to use pen for writing because as a child I was fascinated by the thought of growing up and taking my decisions on my own. Making my decisions at that time just meant for me to  procrastinate my homework and assignments and watch cartoon or play with my friends.
